These terms apply when you register for or use BizFlowSuite (the "Service"), operated from Ludhiana, India. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Business accounts may be verified by our team before full access is given.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other accounts or data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our policies.

3. Plans and payment

We offer a free plan and paid plans, with current prices shown on our Pricing page. Prices and plan limits may change with reasonable notice. Fees for paid plans are payable in advance for the billing period, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes are added where applicable.

4. Your data

You own the business data you put into the Service. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ludhiana have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
