We want you to be happy with BizFlowSuite. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so no refund applies. You can use it to try the product before you pay.

Paid plans

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds may be full or partial depending on usage and circumstances, and are assessed case by case.
• Renewals are not refunded after the 30-day window, but you can cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

How to request a refund

Email support@bizflowsuite.com from your account email with your business name and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.

Cancelling

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. There is no long-term commitment.
